Mike Zarate, the original founder of Club Florida has started a new Volleyball club called (OBV).  OBV stands for Ocean Breeze Volleyball (girls) and Ocean Bay Volleyball( boys).  This Club was formed to raise the standard for Volleyball Clubs by being the ONLY club in juniors club in South Florida that caters to boys and girls and will offer the following –

• Beach training through their partnered beach club – CLUB BEACH DIG

• Additional agility/speed/jump training through either Cris Carter’s fast program, or Ultimate Athletes, Inc.

• A licensed dietitian on staff

• Yoga classes

• Kickboxing classes

• Hip hop dance classes

• Training at FITWIZE 4 Kids – a franchised Health Club for kids (14/u)

OBV believes their athletes should receive not only indoor volleyball training, but should be well rounded in different areas.

OBV staff is SUPPORTED BY and includes coaches from the top High Schools in South Florida including –

Cardinal Gibbons

St. Thomas Aquinas

West Boca

Stoneman Douglas

OBV has over 20 coaches on staff, 18 different teams with 4 different levels

OBV is a club that believes all of their members should always exhibit good character and the following will not be tolerated by any players, parents, and coaches or staff members of our club –

• Verbal abuse including any bashing or rumors regarding any players, parents, coaches and staff from OBV or any other volleyball club

• Demeaning comments to any OBV members or members of any other volleyball club

• Inappropriate behavior

OCEAN B VOLLEYBALL is a different volleyball club.  We believe in expecting more out of our athletes, parents and staff.

• Online signatures for junior and adult members
• Online payment - use your major credit card to pay your membership fee.
• Members must register themselves individually and pay the membership fee prior to tryouts. Clubs will not be processing memberships this year for individuals.
